PeekRival is in development. This website offers a free price checker and collects sign-ups for early access so that we can find out whether there is demand for the product and contact interested companies.
When you submit the form, we store your email address, your answers (what you sell, how many competitors you watch, how you track prices today, the plan you selected) and the campaign you came from, if any. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the data only to contact you about PeekRival. We delete it when you withdraw your consent, or at the latest 12 months after the end of the early-access phase.
When you use the price checker, the URL you enter is sent to our server function, which loads that public page once and returns the prices it finds to your browser. We do not store the URL or the result. The check does not process personal data about you beyond the technical request data described under hosting.
If you choose to watch a page, we store your email address, the URL you checked, what you sell, the plan you would pick (if you choose one) and the campaign or referring website you came from, if any. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We use the data only to contact you about price alerts. Retention and your rights are the same as for the early-access form.
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, which also processes the form submissions. Netlify processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the website. Data may be transferred to the USA; Netlify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use Simple Analytics (Simple Analytics B.V., Netherlands) to count page views and button clicks. Simple Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personal data or IP addresses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the page is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
